You will take ownership of our car fleet, ensuring its smooth and efficient operation.
What would you work on?
Developing and implementing a comprehensive process to optimize the management of our car fleet, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies.
Organizing and overseeing all necessary actions related to the car fleet, including maintenance, repairs, inspections, highway tickets, and documentation.
Developing and managing storage of winter and summer tires.
Coordinating and overseeing technical inspections for each car in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Managing the tax aspects of the car fleet, ensuring compliance with tax regulations and timely submission of required documentation.
Handling the ordering and termination of insurance policies for the car fleet, including compulsory and emergency coverage.
Managing the settlement of insurance claims efficiently, ensuring proper documentation and communication with relevant parties.
Document management (handover protocols, assignment agreements, termination of contracts)
What makes you a great candidate?
Experience in fleet management or a related field.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices related to fleet management is a plus.
Problem-solving abilities.
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Communicative knowledge of English, German is a plus.
